During the current outage, our in-state electronic registration and titling systems (ETR) have been crucial. These systems allow dealerships to issue temporary motor vehicle registrations, including temporary plates, enabling them to continue delivering sold vehicles without delay. This workaround is especially vital in the absence of CDK’s Computerized Vehicle Registration (CVR).

The core issue at hand is the requirement for vehicles to be registered with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) before leaving the dealership. With our ETR systems, dealers can issue temporary registrations, allowing customers to take delivery of their vehicles on the same day.
